I put my Norwegian to the test as Mohammed Basefar joins me in the studio. Mohammed is a comedian who recently moved to Oslo from Stavanger and co-wrote + acted in the NRK comedy series "Døra". In this episode we discuss comedy, his very strict religious background as a child, integration, being tricked into going to Yemen, psychedelics, cannabis and more. I really learned a lot from this conversation and it strengthened my bond with someone who's been through a lot, but come out of the darkness carrying his own light.
