Sjur Koppen is a stand up comedian who served in the Norwegian Navy and is a technology security advisor. In an era obsessed with AI and tech this gives him a great perspective to see the world through and talk about in a fun way.

I performed with Sjur earlier this year and really enjoyed his comedy and his company. This is a great episode that has a good mix of comedy, insight, ideas and good vibes.

Alex Lyngaas is a film maker, surfer and free spirit living in Oslo. He has a unique and resfreshing view on life and one of the warmest and honest people I've ever met. What you see is what you get. This conversation covered a lot of emotional territory and we discussed issues that are both close to our hearts all with good vibes and smiles.

Janne is a Burlesque dancer in Oslo with a show called "The After Dark Experience". This was the first time we met and after we discussed Burlesque the conversation went into a veryinteresting and thought provoking direction.

 

Since having this conversation I have implemented some of the things Janne discussed into my everyday life and feel better off for it.

Eirik Krokås, one of my favorite comedians, joins me on the podcast for an honest and epic conversation. Eririk struggled with a cocaine and gambling addiction which devestated his life...BUT, produced some awesome comedy. WORTH IT!!!!

He has a solo show call Føkk up (Fuck up) which channels these experiences into comedy gold and is helping him restore his life. It's sort of like the Rocky movie, except the main charachter is out of shape and can't box. 

In this episode we discuss his addiction, his exceptional views on comedy and a lot more.

I love this dude and this is a great episode.

Mats Onsum is a yoga instructor and Hip Hop artist. An interesting combination that is more complimentary than first expected. After running into him by chance on the street (a way I get many of my guests) I invited him onto the show to discuss a wide variety of topics. I'm glad I did because this was a fun and thought provoking conversation.
